NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) - The Tennessee Titans have hired Nate Kaczor as assistant offensive line coach.

Kaczor spent the past four seasons with Jacksonville as an assistant special teams coach working with offensive line coach Bruce Matthews.

Kaczor replaces Art Valero, whose contract was not renewed. Titans coach Mike Munchak said Tuesday in a statement they couldn't offer Valero the chance he wanted to coach a position group and he likes Kaczor's energy and background.

Before Jacksonville, Kaczor worked two seasons at Louisiana-Monroe with the last as co-offensive coordinator, a position he held in 2004 and 2005 at Idaho. He was offensive coordinator between 2000 and 2003 at Nebraska-Kearney and started his coaching career at his alma mater at Utah State.
