JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The Duval County School Board will meet at the Schultz Center for Teaching and Leadership instead of their normal board room due to a sprinkler head issue.

Jill Johnson, spokesperson for Duval County Public Schools, said due to a malfunctioning sprinkler head in the Cline Auditorium of the school board building the board would not be able to use their regular board room.

As a result, the meeting will have to be held at the Schultz Center for Teaching and Leadership.  The center is located at 4019 Boulevard Center Drive.

As a result of the move the meeting will not be able to be shown live on television or via webcast on the Duval County Public Schools website.

Members of the public who would like to view the meeting after will be able to.  The meeting will be videotaped and copies will be provided pursuant to all public requests.
