JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- College students across the state this week are protesting an expected 15% increase in tuition.
Florida is considering annual double digit increases for the next decade. Earlier this week students at the University of South Florida in Tampa gathered at the entrance of the school.
Students at seven colleges are expected to hold similar demonstrations. It's unclear whether students at the University of North Florida will participate.
The College Board says Florida has the fourth lowest tuition of any state in the country.
