JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Police have released the identity of the man fatally shot in Arlington Sunday morning.
Two people were shot at the Oak Hammock apartments on Acme Street at about 10:45 a.m. Sunday, and both were hospitalized.
This afternoon, the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office said 22-year-old Darius Nathaniel Foster, who listed address is nearby on on Kona Avenue, has died from his injuries.
The second victim has not been identified, but police said Sunday he is expected to be okay.
Investigators said the suspect or suspects left the scene in a car, and there have so far been no arrests.
