Ingredients:
3 to 5 large shrimp
1 teaspoon sliced garlic
Pinch of chili flakes
½ teaspoon smoked spanish paprika (regular paprika will be fine if you can't find smoked)
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons olive oil (preferably Spanish extra virgin)
Salt and pepper
½ teaspoon minced chives
Preparation:
Season shrimp with salt, pepper and paprika.
In a cold sauté pan, add olive oil, garlic slices and chili flakes, bring up to heat slowly. When garlic starts to lightly fry add shrimp.
Cook shrimp for about 1 min on each side over medium heat.
Add lemon juice and chives to finish, and transfer onto a plate and serve.
