Pregnant Model does Catwalk in Sky-High Heels

SAO PAULO, Brazil -- There's nothing unusual about working during pregnancy.

But our hats - and heels - are off to supermodel Alessandra Ambrosio, who graced the catwalk during Sao Paulo Fashion Week in Brazil Sunday with a sweet, extra accessory - her very visible baby bump.

The Victoria's Secret model, 30, is five months along with her second child with longtime fiance Jamie Mazur.

As she modeled a (non-maternity) gray and black Colcci dress and leather-trimmed short-shorts, Ambrosio also rocked a pair of super-high stilettos that left me in awe. I know it is her job and all, but when I was pregnant I could not have imagined trying to walk in 4-inch heels, much less get my swollen feet into them!
